A Clear Baseball Pathway for Driven Athletes

ZT NY Westchester is powered by EA Baseball and Jonathan Caceres (assistant coach at Vassar College) to provide athletes with the coaching, structure, and competitive opportunities needed to reach their full potential as players, students, teammates, and young men.

DEVELOPMENT

  • Athletes build strong fundamentals through structured training, individualized instruction, clinics, strength development, ArmCare, and measurable player evaluations.

COMPETITION
  • Players apply their development through the ZT NY Westchester travel program, competing against strong regional and national competition in a professional team environment.

EXPOSURE
  • Older athletes receive recruiting guidance, player evaluations, measurable performance data, showcase opportunities, video support, and assistance communicating with college coaches.

GROWTH
  • Players are held accountable for their preparation, effort, academics, communication, body language, and commitment to their teammates.​

Players ages 13U–14U are invited to showcase their skills for the ZT New York Westchester coaching staff. Evaluations include hitting, fielding, throwing, athleticism, and baseball IQ.

Compete for a roster spot with ZT New York Westchester. Players will be evaluated in a competitive showcase-style workout designed for high school athletes.
